I accidentally turned my siren on silent with my remote and I have no idea how I did it. Does anyone know how to turn it off of silent or reset it or something. When I lock my car the siren don't chirp. Any suggestions? Please help.

I have had the car for 2 years now and I am a newbie at this.
I just found out that my car has a Python 1500 ESP Alarm System.
But I do not have the remote for that.....

1- How do know which remote should I get(any cheap ones?)
2- How do I get the whole thing working again?

Ok, This makes sense now.
One last question , There is a little L.E.D on the dashboard which I know is for the Alarm.
Ive NEVER seen it blink or light up.
So does that mean by Alarm is disabled?
Any ideas? Has iit been tampered with?

Web site wants me to be a dealer to get info.

I heard that you need to buy the remote start separetely and the motion sensor also...

i thought those 2 came with the box!

Any1 that had this or another python series install have any input?

I am having it installed by a pro, but i want to know if i need those extra 2 things
as in buy them apart from the alarm it self ...get what i mean?? lol

I lost the manual for the Python alarm system in my car. What I do remember reading is that if the alarm has been triggered, the little red light inside will be a steady pulse as opposed to flashing when it's turned on.

What buttons and in what order do I press them to reset my alarm?

Note: I have now noticed that after taking the car out of ignition, the light will stay on for some time. (an hour or so?) and then will stay off completely until the car has been put into ignition again.
In response to "pxhero," the casing says that it is a 1400XP. Doing the lock, unlock then lock again pattern didn't do anything, nor could I locate any kind of Valet switch. Is there any way to just blank the system and reset it?

But when I try to unlock it, I usually end up having to push it several times. So I dont think I just accidentally turned it on silent? When I hold down the lock button the alarm will go off though..

I got the car recently and it came with a python car alarm system. Now the car didn't come with the manual for the alarm and now the alarm dosnt work it locks and unlocks perfect but it dosnt make a sound like it use to, I wanted to know what can I do to fix it?
