One package is considered the "sport model" and has a spoiler on the end of it (the funny looking fin on the back), but it also has a car alarm system. The other package doesn't have any of the above, but everything else on the car is standard.
I have heard that having a car alarm can reduce your premiums, while a spoiler or sports model may increase them. Is this true? If it is would or could the car alarm cancel out the spoiler/sport model increase?
I have already tried getting several free quotes and none have allowed me to specify my policy this specifically.
