How do I reset my Python car alarm?

I lost the manual for the Python alarm system in my car. What I do remember reading is that if the alarm has been triggered, the little red light inside will be a steady pulse as opposed to flashing when it's turned on.

Here is a picture of the key fob remote:

What buttons and in what order do I press them to reset my alarm?

Thanks
Note: I have now noticed that after taking the car out of ignition, the light will stay on for some time. (an hour or so?) and then will stay off completely until the car has been put into ignition again.
In response to "pxhero," the casing says that it is a 1400XP. Doing the lock, unlock then lock again pattern didn't do anything, nor could I locate any kind of Valet switch. Is there any way to just blank the system and reset it?

Usually all you have to do to reset the alarm is cycle the key through the ignition. But from what you’re describing (with the LED on constantly) it sounds like it’s in Valet mode. You can fix this one of two ways. Press Lock, Unlock, then Lock (one button at a time). Or if you know where your Valet switch is, turn the key to Run, turn it off, press the valet button once. This should do it.

Oh, and btw, it’s nice that you included a picture of the keyfab, but DEI uses that keyfab for a lot of their systems (I’ve got it myself and I have a remote start.) If you feel like digging around in your dashboard, the model number of your alarm should be written on the brain (big black box).
