How can I move my car without the remote for the alarm?

So I got drunk last night and lost the keys to my car - not a huge problem in itself as I have a spare. The problem is that I don't have a second remote to turn off the car alarm. It's an after market alarm that I didn't put on (bought the car used) and all I know is it's made by autostart, it's just one-way and I think it's pretty much just a shock sensor. Can I cut the cable to the battery to kill the alarm and then drive the car home? Or how can I solve this problem - I need to move my car by monday or I'm gonna start getting parking tickets. Please help I don't know how I'm gonna work this because I can't drive home with the alarm going the whole way.

There should be a small toggle switch by your left shin on the drivers side. It may be hiding and you may need to get your head down there to see it. Once you find it, turn on the key and flip the switch. The alarm may sound until you turn it off this way. You are now in “valet mode”. you alarm light should be on all the time when your car is on and you may drive this way till you sell the car or you can drive it to a GOOD car stereo/alarm shop and they can get you a new remote and program it for you for around 30 dollars.

Cutting the power wires to the alarm may disable your car through any built in ignition kill systems.

use the key? if that doesnt work there is something wrong with your alarm? it should go off if u have the key

Open your hood. Check your battery for the wire that leads to the alarm. There should be a fuse somewhere along that line. Remove the fuse. That should disable the alarm.
