		<description>Most car alarms do something like that. Just lock it from the outside, unlock it from the outside, get in, start the car, then you can lock the doors if you want.</description>

		<description>you have a remote.. that activates the alarm and deaactifates it.. on the remote take it apart and you will find a small battery change this battery and it should chirp if not the recieving device has failed ok.</description>

		<description>It sounds like something is not wired right or you have wires grounding out somewhere. Was your alarm professionally installed? If so take it back to them and let them fix it.</description>
